MINI HERITAGE RUN – 16TH AUGUST 2009

On Sunday 16 August 2009 we will celebrate the MINI with a Heritage Run from MINI Plant Oxford to the Heritage Motor Centre at Gaydon.

I would to invite all NEW MINI Scotland members to join us the MINI Register on this run.

The Heritage Run will assemble at the MINI Plant Oxford, from approximately 08.30am with, the first vehicles leaving at 09.30am.
The procession is due to arrive at the BMW Festival held at the Heritage Motor Centre at 11.00am.
To Enter the Heritage Run please complete the Heritage Run Application Form, (including a colour photograph of the car), the entry fee for the Heritage Run will be £25 per vehicle, payable on acceptance, which will include entry to the show, for the driver and one passenger. The entry fee will also include a rally plaque for the vehicle and a photograph during the run.

Additional Passengers in Heritage Run vehicles can book entry tickets online at www.heritage-motor-centre.co.uk

Application forms for the Heritage Run need to be returned to the Heritage Motor Centre by the 20 July 2009, and we expect to inform the successful applicants in the last week of July.

Ticket enquiries are available by phoning the BMW Car Club on 01225 709 009 and leaving your name and address.

Unlikely we can attend, but I wish you the best of luck with this... Been to plant Oxford several times and the Motoring Heritage Centre at Gaydon is a terrific day out.
