ONE badge

hey folks

i have a Mini One, with the ONE badge on the boot door, i was thinkin bout removing it and just wondered how i would remove it and if it would leave a mark.

a heat gun, or a hair dryer. heat it up and just pull it off. :thumbs up:

the only mark it should leave will be the adhesive, which you should get off with a tar and glue remover, then maybe just a wee bit of polish to take out any wee scratches.. ;)

I have done this in the past on my Golf.

Warm the letters with a hair dryer and then "cut" them off using dental floss.

You may have some sticky residue left, remove this with tar remover as if you rub it hard there may be some grit in there that could scratch your paint.

Try softening it with a thinner such as tar remover or WD40. Remember to wax the area after. Hold a cloth under the badge so it does not run.
