retro fit OEM MINI R56 Hi-Fi Upgrade

I see there is a retro fit Hi-Fi kit available OEM for the R56

The kit includes new mid range front door speakers, new tweaters that are mounted in new A piller trims and a 4X80 watt amplifier, all finished off with Alpine logo.

Coming in at £320 but then you have the cost of fitting.

I like the sound of this for OEM aspect.

Yeah having had the standard set up, Mikes kit and the factory upgrade I would say that Mikes kit is leaps ahead.

Sorry to go off topic Fi and for hijacking your thread, but does Mikey do a conversion kit to allow us to fit our own stereo in replacement for the R56. I know he was in middle of sorting something out a while ago but not sure if he got it finalised...?
