Bernie needs to leave it alone, but had the idea, has all the clout and nobody stood up to him.

Stupid idea in my book - F1 is a tactical as well as entertainment, that's why it's so intriguing.

So, while it may mean that the guy in second will push harder to win, it's going to make bugger all difference to the man in 7th.

Grrrrr........raging at this. Was so excited about this season but Bernie takes it a step to far, and spoil the perfectly good points system.

The proposed idea of 12-9-7.......was much better. Still keeps the competitive points system in place, and at the same time rewards the winning driver more heavily.
