I thought so too, Do some of the mini's have 12v supplies in the boot, is it just the same as the cigarette one at the gear stick?

Yeah I have the power socket on the left side, I take its just the normal 12V. My friend bought something similar out of Aldi and uses it for trips down south and if he’s windsurfing in summer. I did not even know Mini did one. Only draw back is it looks a fair size, ok for day trips etc but not great for camping as space is tight as it is.

Fridge, sleeping bag, 2 dozen beers.....what else would you need to take, indeed what else could you manage to take. The boots in these cars are a joke.

A tent, 2x sleeping bags, a duvet cover, 2x those awful matress sheet things, food, drink, 2x bagpacks. Think that was it. Will try beating that for the Twilight Run though

"for the Twilight Run" Thinking the same lines - Tent, Sleeping bag, that blow up bed thing plus sports bag. Although bag can go in the back seat.

If you pack it in well it does swallow up all the junk, just looks tiny
