Suspect it could be Honda too. Can't be many other plants with 6,000 workers. Don't even think MINI have 6,000. Can't see LR having 6k workers either.

I might be wrong but I think land rover had 15,000 employees with plants in Coventry, Solihull, Castle Bromwich and Halewood on Merseyside

It's more that GM are in trouble and are selling Saab. I reckon someone will snap them up!

Are Honda not already on a 2/3 month closure?

Had a Saab recently as a hire car. It was not good, really uncomfortable and slow:frown:. You don't really see many on the road.

Jings that would be to obvious though,

They had him speaking and up in the right hand corner they had the wee box thing saying BBC or whatever it is with Ellesmere Port under it surely the guy wouldn't be that stupid not saying which plant maybe he lives in that area.

Ellesmere Port is basically Vauxhall. We drive past it to get to my wifes family in the Wirral and you can see it from the motorway, in fact I think they have their own slip road. It's huge there, so would be a massive hit for the area.
