After fitting the new wheels the car now needs to be lowered and having never done any of this to a car before:I does any body know if there would be any negative efects to fitting lowering springs to my One's standard suspension:question:
Any help will be greatfully recieved thanks

Only to your front Aero kit valance if you go over any speed bumps! :p Can't say for sure but you should be fine as the dampers should be able to cope with a reduction in the travel no probs - you may need to think about getting some "bump stops" to fit depending how low you go! these stop your suspension bottoming out completely and causing damage to your undercarriage/ suspension/ wheels! KJ was selling a set of springs recently - he should be able to help.
