Okay, so it's not a MINI, but the original could have been in the Italian Job if Fiat had got their act together!

Picked up this 1.3 multijet diesel 500 Sport a couple of days ago. Not got the quality feel of a MINI but still loads of fun. Feels a lot like my old OneD to drive which is no bad thing :smilewinkgrin:

Nice wee car, but lets admit it....it's not a mini,:frown: happy driving. :smilewinkgrin:Do fiat 500 have a website for 500 enthusiasts:thumbs up:

Agree with Euan and Gordy - the stripes are needed! :D

Brilliant little cars - just not quite as good looking or as fun to drive as the MINI though! :p

That looks great. Congrats.
I like the white with the little Italian pin stripe over the roof and bonnet, offset to the side.

Agreed, it's not as good overall as the MINI, but can be just as much fun and does look good.

Had ordered the side stripe, but cancelled it - going to take some time and think of a more unique design maybe....

There is no newfiat500scotland, but a couple of decent fiat forums do exist. In the meantime I'll keep coming here for the banter and car fix!

p.s. good economy, calculated 63mpg over the first 400 miles on mixed roads. Still finding my way around the Blue&Me voice options though, it's a bit weird telling the car to phone the missus :p
