Your as bad as me, I’m going to try one of the DoDo Waxes this year for my Silver, the white one seems the one to get. People think I'm mad but I love it I can spend an afternoon in peace washing, polishing, glazing, sealing and then the next week adding wax and a few coats over the next few washes.

Can you actually see the difference in the waxes as you have a good spread there…..using Chemical Guys - Pete's 53 Paste Wax just now or did a few coats and its still beading like mad…..I’m playing about with snow foams just now as I just got my HD lance there. Only thing that did catch my eye was one of those evil water blades…don’t like them at all.:hand:

Best one was Carlack - Glass Sealing Kit did my car months ago and the side windows are still doing the magic. Its actually scary when it rains and the rain clears away so quick. When you do it fresh I'd say go over 50 MPH and window wipers are not needed its that good.

well tbh Allan will do most of the waxing to the car.

I do the all the maintaining between waxes, windows, interior and wheels exhaust all the wee bits.

I've got it so bad that I won't use my fav MF cloths Allan just shakes his head:frown: as he thinks they are there to be used.:argh: wrong wrong wrong they are there for me to drool over and then put back away.

To be honest I dont have a huge amount of bottles as I now tend to stick to the stuff I like. Got some tools such as the polisher and carpet shampooer that take up space in the garage.

Good grief you two should be in therapy ;):D:D
Hell would freeeze over before I'd take pics of the jumble of rubbish that's to be fallen over and raked amongst to find my cleaning bits and bobs. Oh! to think I got slagged off for having one shelf, just one flaming small shelf in MY OWN GARAGE for car stuff, which by fair means or foul (foul I think) is now reduced to old asda bags kicking about the floor.
You really are geeks. Oh me I always thought you were just having some banter :frown:

I thought I was bad, Volvic don’t tell the better half how much you spent and don’t tell her about super natural wax…..that really is the dog’s bollocks you have got there….probably close on 1k worth of stuff and that’s not even your PW and other tools….

It’s addictive all the same must have spent £300 here. If like me you don’t add it up you only see its £56 here £72 there £37 and it goes on.:argh:

I got a leaf blower last week so that i can blow dry the car touchless style. Also think it will be pretty effective at blasting the water out of the rear light clusters, wing mirrors and fuel cap recess as these bits always have water dripping down after I dry the car.

The neighbours are really gonna think I have lost it if they look out the window this weekend.

I've seen these blower type dryers for cars advertised. But I've always figured they would cause the water to streak as it dries. I can see the advantage of being able to blow the water out of grilles etc though. They can be a PITA.
