Back for a second year is "Loch Tay In May II" Sun 10th May 2009.
As last year the start point will be Stirling services (http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?f=q&source=s_q&hl=en&geocode=&q=stirling+services&sll=56.076299,-3.921057&sspn=0.004419,0.009656&ie=UTF8&z=17&iwloc=F), then taking in some of my fav roads up to Loch Tay, with a lunch stop in Kenmore. Then returning to Stirling via more great roads. The Kenmore Hotel does good food, there is also a local shop, or you can bring a packed lunch, it's up to you.
Meet at Stirling services from 10:30AM for an 11:00AM departure.

Not booking the Hotel this year Craig, too much stress trying to get everyone there on time. Just thought I would let everyone please themselves this time. But nothing to stop those who want to have lunch there, might pop in myself.
I am planning to book the big grass playing field this time so we can all get parked together.

After saying I would go to the run after my father in laws 60th party I think it would be fair to say I would be like a burst bag for the run and probably still over the limit for driving, I think it would be unfair to have a wee glass of champagne to celebrate the old gits momentous occasion so in saying this I'm sorry for mucking you about Colin and I would ask you to take my name off for the run, see you again on another NMS run.

I could do with a set of Notes Colin - not that I'll be able to read them while I'm driving though... Remember too that I'm still running in the new motor - I'll be 'Miss Daisy' on this one - so I haven't really driven it in anger yet, or properly tested the new 17's/Suspension/Ltd Slip Diff in 'Combat Mode' either. That's my excuses for going backwards anyway. See you tomorrow, praying for good weather!

BIG THANK YOU to Colin for another fine Tayside Run. Photos are excellent too. Today was a great way to 'break-in' the new car - now it knows what to expect! Thanks to everybody for making it a cheery day for me, as these have been few and far between in the last few weeks. The dinner-table banter was up (or should I say down) to the usual standard. I'm away to get 'Wee Blonde Waitress' tatooed somewhere...
Hope the wee 1275 GT's up and running soon. Duncan's pic really shows the size difference - it looks like a toy next to the new one. But toys are FUN!
Sorry I won't be with you lot at Silverstone, but I'll see you all soon, Drive Safely (but not necessarily slowly!)

I just wanted to say a huge Thanks to all who organised the run, those who made me feel really welcome on my first run, and those of course, who assisted in getting me home from Killin!!!
The good news is that I got a new cable and went up the following day with some tools (nb note to self - carry some tools, get AA membership) and fixed the wee car. The downside is that on my way home, I managed to get a £30 voucher to spend at Stirling Sheriff Court for not wearing my seat belt - Brill!
On up the upside, if they had been in a different place, they would have got me for speeding.
Thanks for a great day, I had a ball, and although the GT does look like a toy, it will always try to keep up with the big boys...lol
Regards to all
