Photy of the moon

The Moon looked amazing tonight, albeit not a full moon, I think it adds a wee bit of drama to the pic showing the craters of the top edge. It's a but foggy down our way too, so I had to do a tiny wee bit editing in photoshop to get the best out of the pic, but I think it works.. Just thought I'd share.

lol. It was taken with my 75 - 300mm Lens. It's one I've had for about 10 years.:yes nod:

But the image is cropped in. However even without cropping it's still a good size moon pic.:thumbs up: However I did raise the highlights and drop the lowlights slightly to get rid of the haze the fog was causing.:thumbs up:

New lens on the way after Christmas, probably a 28-300 f/3.5-5.6 L. To go with whats already under the tree. A EOS 50D.:cool::yes nod:
