Mobile data bundles

Anyone know if this is possible?

I have an unlimited data bundle on my mobile phone. If I connect the phone to my laptop using the SE software, and connect to the internet using it, will that count as using my unlimited data or would I get charged for it?

It would be very handy when traveling to just plug in the phone and use that!

My phone is a company one , we have 200 phones with unlimited data calls. Its a hell of a lot faster than dail up

I use the x-series add one from 3 on my mobile and then Bluetooth to my laptop. Never been charged a penny extra or had any warnings about my usage.
