sad news

ok got sad news today....my wee/big dug "douglas" has had cancer..we put him on chemo back in march...but it has now come back:sad::sad::sad:
so he has only a month or so left:sad::sad::sad:

What you're probably going to have to do tomorrow is a very brave thing, and our vet told us we were in a privileged position to be able to take away the suffering. Something humans can't do for other humans. But at least we have the power to take the pain away from our loving animals.:sad:

My Family are at me to get a dog which I would love to do but I can't stand the bit you are going through Sedgie. We had 3 Geat Danes all of whom never made it past 7 years old.:frown::frown:

terrible news, my heart goes out to you. I know what you are going though and it is a hard time. Knowing what you are doing "is for the best" just doesnt make it any easier.

We went through something similar only a few weeks ago, its starting to get easier now, still expect her to run up to you when you walk in the door, especially after a long day at work, just remember the good times and always speak about your memories
