Hey guys and girls!

Im new and just bought my first Mini One a few weeks ago. So i'll just introduce myself :)

Im Leigh, 19 and live in Fife just bought my mini one, 1.6 2003 model, 24k its black and pretty much standard with 15" alloys. Its also got a private plate on the now, but its gonna get taken off so i can put my own one on.

Not got alot of plans for it tbh, looking for a set of 17"s for it, just taking ages to decide what ones i want!
Put smoked side repeaters on today which i think looks much better.

Heres some pics i took just after i washed it the other weekend, will post more pics up once i get the new wheels on too, but might not be for a while!

i love th black, but keep seeing little scratches! Need to get it polished up good and get rid of some of th marks, anyone know of any good products to use? thanks

Set of black and chrome alloys would look good on your car imo. Also when the alloys are on i would take the one off aswell

I've got a wee black One too, it's amazing how much better the smoked side repeaters look! I've got 17" BSA Livewires on mine, black with a chrome lip, just wanted to keep it all black and chrome but really like them on it!
If I'm giving it a good clean it usually gets polished with Autoglym Ultra Deep Shine - tried a few different ones but I feel that gets it looking the shiniest! :p

I think i see you most mornings on my way to work as i work in Abernethy...look out for a Black R56 JCW reg starting M111... OR a Black Golf GTI MkV reg M1...

with a ONE, try and get the lightest set of 17s you can, it makes a massive difference to the acceleration and fuel economy. S-Spokes are probably as heavy as you can get when combined with runflats.
