Looks like it will hit just south of New Orleans this time, but the most powerful winds are usually in the top right quadrant of a hurricane (over New Orleans) and the storm surge will no doubt be devastating again.

I feel so sorry for the Louisiana inhabitants:sad:. Some are only just getting back to normal and they're facing the same all over again.:eyes up::sad:
