Got a call today to say that my new Mini has arrived :cool:

Will be collecting it on Tuesday. Have to say goodbye to my current one :(

Changing cause I felt like it :D

Current Indie Blue is just over two years old now and needing a change, bigger wheels and different colour.

Purchased the Cooper S filler cap but the dealer refuses to fit it for me :( Downloaded instructions off the Net, looks pretty hard but suppose a few beers in between will help ;)

Hi all

Well, she has arrived and is loooooooking good!

Shark fin style indicators now added and will tackle the fuel cap at the weekend after about 10 beers.........I need something to help me along :o)

Noticed a few differences from my 2002 one:

Glove compartment
Small pocket under/to the right of the steering wheel
Silver door handles inside
Computer thingmybob on the indicator arm for showing various stuff

Not sure how new this stuff is.

Thanks again for the words.

I nipped off to Halfords at lunchtime to buy a set of cheap mats to cover up my nice new Mini ones to keep them clean :o)
Was planning to instal the new petrol cap but weather is crap up here and might have to postpone.

Also wanted to get some pics too........but again........the weather :o(

How did you get on with your S filler cap? The bettr half fancies one, but I said it would probably be easier just to go and buy a Cooper S, if she really wants a Cooper S filler cap.:)

Haven't fitted it yet.
Was planning to do it this weekend but the weather up here is not looking too good. Rained all day today.

I did buy some WD40 so I am getting there!
