Why cant people do there job?

Took my MINI into get an MOT on sat. It failed as it needed a new track rod. They however couldn't do it on sat so i had to leave it with them until Monday (today). Got it all fixed and was driving home......going up the dual carrage way and noticed in a straight line the steering wheel is sitting off to the right. They have forgot to set the bloody tracking when they put the new rod on. SO its going back tomorrow and hell am i not paying!!!! How thick do you get! Absaloutly bloody hopless!

No real excuse for not aligning the steering wheel, but, i'm not so sure anyone should expect a free KDS when a track rod arm needs replaced or we would all simply buy that when we want a KDS done :rolleyes: :hand:

Took it back yesterday and got the tracking fixed....for free :D

Although when i got it back they hadnt even manage to put the bonnet down right :frown: oh dear.

It wont be going back there.
