R53 Rear Speakers

I have a set of 6x9 speakers that I bought for my previous car that I want to fit to my MINI. The rear speakers in a MINI are 6x9, I know that much.

But does anyone know what the maximum depth of speaker that will fit in?

Just don't want to strip all the seats etc out, and then find they don't fit.:thud:
