spat side lights

I ve went and got a set of spat lights but i dont know how 2 fit them .do icut a bit out or just drill.how do they stay on .i think i should drill them and melt the thin stick 2 the arch heres a pic

Sit flush. They are the ones as they have on american minis i believe

you need bumper ends designed for the american market if you go the oe route you will also need to get a plug and wiring to fit
once you have all this you then have to splice them into your side lights
check my album i have done this on both my minis r53,r56
but i used american oe parts

As siad above, you need new bumper corner trims if standard bumpers or if you have aero bumpers you need new bumpers!
You will also need special nuts to hold them in, and if you want them to light up, plugs & pins
