Does a certain Windy Miller live in one of these.....?

Right : here's one

There's a certain 10-digit number where that the first digit is equal to the number of zeros in the entire number, the second number is the number of 1's in the entire number, and so on, to where the 10th digit is the number of 9's in the entire number.

What is the number?

Am off home, will let you know the correct answer on Monday ~ hehe

To be honest, I'm absolutely rubbish at riddles. Not even gonna try, as it tends to melt my brain.
