cooper s grille

hey i'am currently on the look out for a red cooper s front grille 2004 onwards facelift to replace the chrome one from my cooper was just wondering if any1 had done this?is the lower part a straight 4ward swap?have been looking on ebay but haven't found one yet

The lower grille isn't an easy job, there is a guide on MINI2 how to do it... it isn't straight forward but I am told it is possible. ;)

ok thanks i'll have a look on mini2 wonder if i could get the standard one painted?coz i think they would be expensive to buy

I've got an Electric Blue one (03 plate) c/w chrome trim round the edges if you want it?
