Our new car .....

and it aint a Mini.

Giving a recent thread about missing the Mini this may be a mistake but we have opted to sell the mini and go towards the VW.

4.5 years with the Mini and not one moment of doubt or let down but Justine starts a new job as a community occupational therapist and the Mini boot is just too small. So its the big car for now. We looked at the TDI but I was seduced by the 150bhp.

Picked up the car today.

1st impressions are:Really nice to drive on the staights and A roads but not the same fun on the B roads. Quiet and smooth and lovely power delivery right through the range.

So the Mini will be forsale soon. Have to give it a good clean 1st though.

Well Monki, we had this very problem a few years ago... Jude changed her job and needed to carry quite a few things with her and the MINI boot was just too small for them all. But we didn't sell the MINI, I got it instead and she got the bigger car.. :thumbs up:

Ditto , it's only when you leave something that you'll then realise how much you'll miss it :yes nod:. Golf's are great but MINI's are special :thumbs up:
