Not sure on what the increase is as you go down the bands.

Will it just be new cars or include used.

If it includes used how will this reflect on trade values for anyone with a big engined band F or above.

Just a guess, but I would imagine it's just on new cars. Pretty unworkable on second hand. But for new, it would probably be collected at source (added to the manufacturer's price to the dealer). All just guesswork though.

Its a plan for a global carbon tax .The UN docs from the 70s said it all. This year has been the coldest winter in China since records began. Sea ice is at the pre global warming sharaid. In the 70s all the talk was Global cooling. In the last 40 years the sun has been at its warmest in 300 years . Google the un docs , its feckin shocking.
