John and I saw the post alittle to late.. 3pm so we went out and had a mini 'mini' run

Was good But why do you spend all day sat cleaning and all day sun making it dirt again ????

Enjoyed a damn fine run actually!

Was only out for a couple of hours, but it was enough to put another 120 miles on the clock and bring some serious smiles to my face!!

I did things the other way round though - got filthy, then cleaned on Sunday.
Still shiny today too!
(although a seagull did it's best to change that yesterday, and I didn't have a shotgun with me at the time, the stinkin' winged rates......)

Might take a run down to Edinburgh this weekend.
