I reaaaaaaly want to do this one but cannot manage that date due to being away on holiday :disapprove: :(. Also it is the Borders run the weekend before and the Arbroath show the weekend after making 3 mini events in a row. Any chance you could reconsider the date Seany? please please please :I :clown:

I think you'd be best saving this one for a less congested time of year. It's the quality not quantity that counts. I don't want to appear discouraging but given that there are already two events within a week or so of the proposed date it would be unfair to the organisers of these events to arrange anything that is likely to take numbers away or clash. Unless someone else wants to take ownership of the Skye Run there'll be an opportunity to run it in October.

Calum is right Seany - it is a pretty busy time of the year already.
The weather should be decent enough in October and the days are still long enough so how about the 2nd / 3rd October?
