I have a bike with a very intermediate problem.
1993 GSX 750F

4-Stroke, 4-Cylinder, Air Cooled with SACS, DOHC

Every so often my bike decides just too loose power. This happens 1st thing in the morning or during a 3 hour ride out.

It seems like it is missing on 1 or 2 cylinders. Runs rough for a few minutes then dies completely. It is then hard to start but when it does it runs like a dream.

What could it be?

What I have checked.

Fuel supply – OK
Spark Plugs – OK
Coils- OK
Battery – OK
Leads – OK

Any suggestions?

Oil pump/losing pressure sort of thing?

What sort of electrics are on bikes, any sort of timing/ecu sort of thing?

How long does it take to re-start after it conks out..? I had a problem like this on my 1973 Tiger 100 and it was the rectifier that was overheating and going into thermal cut out:eek: Wouldn't start until it had cooled down a bit but its douptful your suzi suffers from this it more than likely doesn't have a rectifier:o but it could be a similar type of thing;)
