Mini One un-marked Police Car

I was standing round the back of the High Court in Edinburgh this morning, Im not in trouble or anything I was waiting on a contractor picking me up to go and look at a job.:D

Anyway a white Mini one with pepper pack turns up. 2 police men get out and display a POLICE sign on the dash so they dont get a parking ticket. I thought it might have been one of the guys own cars but when I looked at the tax disc it was NIL price as registered to the Police. It was LG56 as the reg and had mini UK plates on it. (I thoght BMW UK cars had prefixes like RF and PY etc). It had a police radio inside it as well and the car was generally filthy.

Anyone else seen any Mini Police cars?

nope, but Crimestoppers have a white MINI all done up with their graphics.. :D Thinking about asking for it to come along to one of the runs.. :cool:

It's to appeal to the kids, but if they really want to do that they should be driving a body kitted Corsa 1.2 complete with foglights on and over loud stereo;)
