Are those of the round baw persuasion going to do what the oval baw boys failed to do at the weekend and beat the leek munchers? I fear yet another embaressment on a previously unheard of scale.....

Possibly. Although Wales stumbled at the end of the qualifying campaign a bit.

Anyone know if it's on tv? I can't find it anywhere?

Euan - that'll be bbc2 scotland so you may struggle down in the big smoke to see it!

As for the result - my guess is 2-1 to Wales - but we can dream about a 3-0 victory for Scotland!

Cheers Wul. There is a pub round the corner that has all the football on, so I'll see it there. They somehow get BBC Scotland as well. The lucky, lucky people.

1) The furthest forward player of the attcking team must be between the last defending player and the keeper in the defending team's half of the pitch to be in an offside position ;)
2) Providing they are deemed to be inline with the last defender, in the same situation as in step 1, they are considered to be onside ;)
3) You cannot be offside in your own half :)

Did that clarify the point enough  or were you being sarcastic ;):p:eek:

Well after all the talk I think wee did rather well, 35 to 13 is not a bad score against the World Champions, considering wee made 2 stupid mistakes that let the eniglish score. I think that we can take alot from the game as the boys did well. Here to Dublin (oh i am going to this game too for a stag weekend!!) :D

I agree Martyn. They only crossed our line once under their own steam. Three of the tries were gifted by us and I suppose that was down to the inexperience of the team. Very promising signs though. Cusiter is a real star in the making. After witnessing what the Irish have just done to the Welsh I fear another harsh lesson is on the cards. As long as we beat Italy!
