The circular road route around the Applecross peninsula is unmissable in good weather. Beallach na Ba (The Pass of the Cattle), is the steep, narrow and twisting road that rises from Loch Kishorn. The pass climbs to a summit of 2100 feet direct from sea level, and the views from it are unforgettable. There is a small plateau at the top of the pass, rockstrewn and barren, where many people stop to look at the stunning views accross to the Isle of Skye.

there is plenty on U-tube with cars but this is a bike one......

looks fantastic.

Apple cross pass (pass of the cattle) :D

or if you want to see a nutter do it!

Eighteen years driving all over Scotland and it’s new to me!

Ford Anglia

You mean when cars were cars...all this reliablity, cumfort, sat-nav. in those days a thermos of tea or coffee and Salmon sandwiches and a travel rug….

I spy a MINI run ;)

I think Vidal Buffon tried to organise an "Applecross adventure" run before he moved back down to Enlgandshire. Not sure if there were any takers though.:(

To be fair it’s a wee bit away for a day run unless there is a skye run I’ve not read about. I’m annoyed as I passed it going to Durness, I’m sure it would have been a great add on. I actually found it looking up the Stelvio Pass (Italy) and someone had added why not try Scotlands own wee Version.

that last road...looks like 90% of roads north of fortwilliam, and i'd say for a bike yes but could not see it myself.
