My mirror is broke, I have emailed heaps of breakers and used parts dealers but to no avail, the mirror has had a knock sometime in its life so it fell off in my hand while I was trying to adjust it..
Any suggestions as to how I can get it welded.

I'm no expert but that looks a tricky one to repair. :eek:
But I will show the pic to my Dad tonight and see what he suggests.

Right my Dad has had a look. First thing he said was I hope its not made from white metal, cos he doesn't have the rods for that and its a bugger to weld cos of the low melting point. If on the other hand it is indeed aluminium, then he thinks it can be repaired. He's willing to have a look at it if you are prepared to drop it off. Your in Aberdeen is that right? We're in Stirling, don't know if you would be heading down this way at some point. You can let me know what you think. :D
