There are some seriously scary pics I have somewhere of the guy who used to do Coast - Nicholas Crane - he and his cousin used to do all sorts of mad things and he wrote a book about one that I have where they cycled up to the top of Kilimanjaro!!!!

I know there's the thrill but why risk your life like that.

I just don't get it. I walk up and down mountains all the time and see some fantastic views, but I never put myself in a position were one slip would mean certain death. Even rock climbers don't put themselves at that level of risk either (usually).

Mental! Then again, these boy's do like they'd had a few Guiness in their time :D Couple of pints short of night out, me thinks :D But very good on the bikes!
