Hey,
Just bought my first Mini! Had Impreza Turbo's for the past 7 years so this is a bit of a change!
Car is a 54 plate Cooper S in silver and its only done 10,500 miles with one owner.
Done about 250 miles so far on various roads and really loving it apart from the run flat tyres, they are awful. The car follows every bump on the road and shimmys like a cabrio on some bumpy bends, bit of a handful when your pushing on!
Apart from that its all good but just like all my Subarus I want to make this car more individual (quicker!).
What performance mods do you recommend? Dont want to go too daft was just thinking induction kit and rear silencer at the moment.
I took the car for its first run on Sunday to Knockhill and noticed all the minis parked at the hairpin! I am a motorsport photographer amongst other things and had to stand trackside in that rain all day dodging crashing minis and xr2's!
Will post some pics when I have a minute.

Colin.

Hi there Colin, welcome to NMS, there are loads of performance mods that you can do.
Visit the sponsor site for some ideas, plus, the rear exhaust re-route pipe that eliminates one silencer is a common change :)

Some GTT strut braces would also probably help with the handling in general..

They also do loads of bits for improving the performance of mini's
