Who thinks that Lewis can do it? I have to say that this season has really caught my attention and I've not watched Formula 1 regularly for as long as I can remember.

yeah, think he has proved himself over the last few races that he is not a one race wonder...
it would be great to reward all the thousands of fans who have turned out for him. :D :D
also this is the first season I have watched F1 for about 5 years.. :)

Same here guys ...I've not really watched it for a few years either ...the fact that Hamilton is British might have an impact on the publice here ....I know that when Alonso started his rise .... in Spain they were also going mad for a star .I'm not sure that he can win it ,and will give it his best shot no doubt , ...perhaps its better that he comes a very good second or third then he can build on that and win it outright in a year or two ...what ever happens ..."the boy is good enough to win it "

Well at least it was another podium, and he still leads the championship.:)

I am sooo bored hearing about Hamilton, He is good and he will be a world champion I am sure but the Pundits just go on, and on and on.............and on about him.

He didn’t look too happy at all standing on the podium by finishing third this time, not a happy bunny! :(
The helmet does fit his head any more; his head is getting too big. Arrogant and presumptuous little........

Just got home from our trip to the GP.:D
What a absolutely fantastic time we had and it didn't rain.:D
The atmosphere was electrifying.:D
Lewis mania has indeed hit Britain as it was the most crowded GP I've been to, I'm glad we had seats in a grandstand as there wasn't much room around the track on the raised banking's for people to stand.
For any of you who think Lewis is getting a bit big headed, well we listened to an interview he did with Radio Silverstone while we were waiting to get out the car park. He sounded very humbled to be given the drive this year and blamed himself for not performing in the race as everybody had hoped he would. He said that he had got the mechanics to set the car up the way he wanted and it was the wrong set up for the day. He didn't blame anybody but himself.
Here's a few pics I took.
