How do you turn bluetooth on in Vista?

My mum has a new laptop with Vista OS and i'm trying to get her bluetooth dongle to work and i cant seem to find a control panel for bluetooth!:confused:

I've installed the drivers, in Device manager it is there, all working ok. In XP, there is a bluetooth control panel where you can search for devices etc, but i can't find it in Vista. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Should be in the control panel under hardware and sound, then select bluetooth, if it's not listed in there, maybe the security settings need adjusted.
Is it defo suitable for Vista
