So.. I take it that means Police cars and all other fast response emergency vehicles? Y'know, the ones that don't necessarily need to go that fast, but need the power?

Hmm.. Sure you've thought this all the way through Mr government? ;)

Let me see.. why don't you crack down PROPERLY on car crime? Those idiots who steal cars then thrash them? don'tyou think they're kicking out a disproportionate amount of CO2? Currently they get a smack on the wrist and told not to do it again..

Here's a thought.. why don't all coutries in the EU have a cull on Politicians? Surely that would cut down all CO2 and hot air produced by 95%?? ;):D
