Good old Tiff managed to get the new Cooper round the track quicker than the Suzuki Swift on tonights show, even though he was more keen on the Swift

Tiff is an amazing driver;) . And the only presenter on Fifth Gear that can actually "present". Although that Big bloke with the curly hair isn't too bad. Can't remember his name now.

Damn, missed it. Is 5th Gear repeated?

How did the handling of the R56 look?

Old Tiff was slightly disappointed that he couldn't get the rear end to "step" out, unlike the Swift which he was able to drift round corners and which he obviously likes to do.
Personally, it looked to drive really well, no drama's, no massive screeching of tyres round the bends.
COmpared to the Swift, the MINI is heavier and has slightly less BHP, so, a credit to it's handling that it did get round the track faster, albeit by 0.19 seconds

Just pump up the rear tyres to 50psi... that'll get the back end moving around just niceley. Thats what we have to do with the racing car when it was on road tyres;) . Trail braking works a treat as well!
