i have 17s on my mini cooper atm but am putting my 15s back on for winter and was wondering if its possible to put 195 50 15 toyos instead of the standard wheel barrow tyres would it affect speedo and fuel consumption?

would a 195 50 15 fit on my rockets or would the rim not be wide enough?
