Was wondering if anyone could advise me on what kind of exhaust system to get, gonna need a new one soon i reckon and dont know much about it:confused:

Was thinking maybe a play mini one?:D

What would you recommend for good value for money but giving good sound too??

Cheers guys

Many to choose from, since your on this website, i'd give lohen a buzz/visit they have a good selection and you'll get nms discount of course! If you get a new exhaust you should consider getting a new induction kit/air filter, will add to the power and sound :D

I wouldn't consider using anyone other than stainless creations in Falkirk.

Simple ;) (in order of expense £££)

1) K&N Panel Air Filter
2) Playmini (cat back) box , slash cut (looks awesome with the Aerokit)
3) GT Tuning sports manifold (with optional de cat pipe) with detatchable cat

Well I'm 2/3 of the way there so I,m biased ;)

Clare,

as Fiona says Stainless creations in Falkirk are VERY good and will custom make a system to suit you including how much noise you want and also tail piece. it will be more expensive tho than this option below..;)

I would also recommend the playmini exhaust (slash cut end). I had this on our first MINI and it was superb. Should be able to get it for approx £250 delivered to your door. :D

depend how much of the exhaust you want to change. if it is just the back box which is what I got done then you are talking £150 from stainless creations.:D

Well.. just what the big man says..
I've had my Playmini for nearly 4 years now, and it's been on 2 cars. It's still shiny and sounds fantastic. Make sure you get the one with only One Silencer.:D
