Does anyone have fitted to their MINI a set of Kosei Racer alloys? I'm considering buy a 17" set for my IB Mini and was wondering what people thought of them?

CoolNew sell them and they do provide images but i was wondering if anyone on here actually had a set fitted...

Nice rims but ud need a big brake conversion for them to look good IMHO. They would make the standard rotors look very small

they look sweet though. ive seen em on a demo car, a silver cooper. its in the car mags.

Actually they're very Similar to Zimbo's BK Racing wheels...

Yeah, very similar to Zimbo's wheels. Agree with macblob, you'd probably have to make those brakes a wee bitty bigger to really carry it off :cool:

I've been looking at Zimbo's Gallery with his mini that features similarly designed wheels. Anyone know if Zimbo has had his brakes enlarged? If not and he's kept the standard Mini brakes/discs then I think the overall effect isn’t bad at all.... is Zimbo on NMS?

Where's the best place (i.e. most resonably priced) to pick up 17" BK Racing wheels? I think i may prefer these to the Kosei Racers....mmmmm, not sure

yes he certainly is.... :D
Brakes are still the same standard MINI ones, he's just painted his callipers (with my Hammerite!! ;):cool:)
Looks sweet as when you se them in the metal! They're off for the winter just now tho :eek::(;)

As for where he got them... I think it was through Autosave in Dundee... not 100% on that tho...
He's usually lurking around here somewhere.. :cool::D
