MINI Invasion Fleet

I went into town this morning for a bit of casual shopping (and to prevent myself from staying at home ordering new stuff for my MINI online.:D) and what did I see but MINIs everywhere!! I'm not complaining but the one day when I’m trying to stop myself from buying new parts for my Mini is the one day I see SIX MINIs all over town!! lol!

1. IB Mini One (not me lol!)
2. Jet Black Cooper
3. Dark Red Cooper (not chilli but some sort of burnt dark red - strange?!)
4. Jet Black with chequered roof Cooper + 'Eddie' sticker in side window
5. Eddie's black cooper AGAIN!! (that’s just teasing)
6. Chilli Red Cooper with White roof

So if you drive a MINI (wahey!) and live, or were driving in Dumfries today (Wed 4th Feb), sometime before 1pm then give us a PM and say hi!

It may just be my imagination but could the appearance of all these MINIs suggest the start of some kind of invasion of Dumfries lol!! Its not as if the fine weather brought all the MINI drivers out of hiding - its been dark skies + heavy rain most of the day!

I'll get your sticker in the post this week. I'll pop a load of postcards in aswell, sounds as if there's quite a few potential converts down there.

Does NMS have any flyers or such? I was thinking of 'planting' a few discrete NMS notices on windscreens etc whenever I see a MINI. I don’t think many of the MINI drivers in my home town know about NMS, so its probably time to show them the light...:D
