Whats my "S" worth

Lookin to trade my S for a new D but what should I expect to get. 04 plate S with chilli and 31000 miles am lookin for about £11500 has anyone traded an S in recently and is this figure possible.If not Iam going to keep it for another year.

Just done a check and excellent cond come back at £11250 so my £11500 might be possible

I bought my S last year o3 plate £12,000 30,000 miles on the clock
you should still get that for an o4 plate

been to few dealers today (local) still cant get a deisel till September which isnt a worry but the trade in price is crap

Lol i ckicked on that site that gives you quote!....how you got that much i do not know!...lol they quoted me....9k...pmsfl....n i only have 21k miles on clock n mine is a 53 cooper s...in excellent conditon!:D

I have seen cars your age in dealers for 13k plus...so go for it....cos i'd deffo not give mine away for 9k:eek: ...:p ...i'd rather run it into the ground;)

I'd rather sell a Kidney! Although a bloke was done for trying to do that on the internet recently, so I'll keep the MINI and the organs for now. James - was yours in 'Modern Mini' last issue? thought I recognised it - it's a minter! Hang onto it for another year - new ones only depreciate anyway.... plus you'll be sick when you see somebody else in your pride & joy - especially when they pass you in your D.............

Yeh it was in "Modern Mini" last issue. I do keep thinkin Iam just as well keepin it the dealer I went to on tuesday is now advertising a 53 plate
"S "in same colour as mine with 39000 miles on it for £3500 more than what I was gettin offered for mine on Tuesday thats a great profit for a garage isnt it.
