Changing front grilles

Got some black grilles and looking to change this weekend. Any tips ?. The fixings on the original grille look odd, is there a particular tool or method to remove these ?.

Is this the grill on the bonnet mate ?

If so you just need a socket to fit the fixing.
unscrew the fixing and pull the grill towards
youself at the same time
