It seems this Jim MacDonald guy (who featured on this BBC news report (http://news.bbc.co.uk/player/nol/newsid_6510000/newsid_6512600/6512633.stm?bw=bb&mp=wm))has spent some time in one of Her Majesty's secure buildings - as reported in this article in The Herald (http://www.theherald.co.uk/news/transport/display.var.1296536.0.cheapest_petrol_in_britain_s parks_inquiry.php).

I'm an optimistic sceptic. I'd love it to be true, but can't see it lasting beyond a couple of months and HMCE will find a way to stop them.

Their conditions of sale forbid that. You can only fill up a vehicle that is registered with them. No gerry cans!:( More's the pity.;)
