Hey all,

We have a young kid in our club who bought a cooper ( non-s ) and is looking for some low $$ mods to give him some more power.

He already has a cold air intake lined up - but what else is avail for the coopers???? I have seen some JCW stuff for the coopers on the UK MINI web site but nothing specific.

He would appriciate any help:)

Thanks all

There just isn't much on offer for the cooper, better breathing (intake) an ECU remap and a better exhaust is about his limits.
Approx the same cost as the sound kit :p

Agreed - the Soundkit is pricey compared to a CAI, remap and playmini and not as noisey either - depends whether warranty is a big concern or not!

Agreed :approve:, 'MUCH' better option is to go aftermarket rather than the MINI Sound Kit.

^^ Agreed!

I dunno if you can get Playmini stuff in the States..
If you can't then maybe he should look into getting a cat back exhauset sent over from them.. that'd be a rare mod! ;):D and a great sounding one! :D
