Alta CAI

Waiting on mine arriving from Lohen for my MCS, anyone fitted one? How easy is it to fit and whats it like soundwise? And do you feel any difference at all when driving?

Hey there,

Several people in our club have the Alta CAI - they like it, it does add a little power, and alot of sound. You can really hear the SC whine when you get into it:D

Install is not bad - 30 minutes to an hour. You might consider the box top they offer - helps seal the hot air from the engine from getting to the intake.

A nice mod that really helps if you have the 15% SC pulley, and a cat back exhaust system.

The top CAI brands here in the States are Alta, Webb Motorsports, and Dinan. I have the Dinan ( I got it used and on sale ;) )

everyone i know who has alta raves about them defo the best CAI
