not to worry I have known since 09/2001 I was being made redundant I was only meant to be here in Inverness for 6 months:eek: took 6 years. It was the thought of being Tupe over that had me spitting I wanted my payout been chasing it since 1998.:eek: The company that I work for will not be there much after 2015.:eek::eek:

h'mm well going on holidays for a couple months touring Europe. and when we come home another couple months of:cool: then fully intend only doing temp work there after.

Good for you for getting what you wanted. Don't know the background (nor should I - your life!) but in all these things you have to fight for what you want. Big companies will offer the minimum and work from there.
