Allan eventually got round to changing over to the wheels that I had on my Parklane for winter these are fitted with Hankook NON runflat tyres.
Now going from the previous Mini into the R56 you really notice a difference in the ride
But after a while once you forget how the previous Mini was and get use to the R56 you start to notice that it is still a bone shaking ride. Although I dare say if I went back to the older Mini I would remember just what bone shaking can be.
Well just like in the previous Mini standard tyres make a huge difference but double the difference.
Remembering that my Cooper has normal suspension and Allan's sport suspension I can't wait to see what standard tyres do to my car.
Also can I just say how cool the side lights look Allan was following me and I had them in my rear view for over half the trip down the road.
Mind you I upgraded the bulbs bought from mikethemini halogen side lights:cool:
