does anyones mini do this.when you are sitting stationery and try to pull away in 1st,does anyone else elses car,jump out of 1st gear,

does anyone have any idea what is causing this to happen

Mine likes to jump out of 3rd and Reverse. My local friendly Mini service dept didnt acknowledge there being any problem

so its just a standard piece of equipment to go along with rattling dash etc
