:D Yup, just one of a few I've drawn...

Thanks for all the comments folks. :D

Craig ;) Just bugs me the way the lights stay on for a little while after they are switched off... And flicker when ever you turn the ignition on!!

aye - it's always been that way - even with standard led sidelights in the normal mini units. It's to do with some load on the voltage... I think you can wire in something that can sort that...

it's probably something an auto electrician could fix, but it didn't bother me....;)

What's involved in fitting the sidelights? I fancy a set as the normal side lights look very yellow with the Xenon headlights. But dont wanna pay a fortune in labour charges to get them fitted.

fairly straight forward.

lift the bonnet,

disconnect the electrics from the side-lights/indicator (simply pull the plug off)

unscrew the 3 screws holding it in place (2 at the top and 1 at the bottom..)

the unit is ready to come out... to get it out, just take out the 2 large bolts on the front of the bumper (at the top lip, just in line with the edge of the radiator). This is so that you can bend the top of the bumper slightly to get the units out.

Put the new ones back in the same way..

Job Done. :approve:

Lohen can supply them....

Halo Side Lights (http://www.lohen.co.uk/shop/products.asp?cat=89)

Just make sure you get silver indicator bulbs as it looks much better... :approve::approve:

And free fitting from Lohen, shame it would probs cost a fortune in petrol to get down there

Could you see if Marco can make me up one more white square coz before I left you guys on Monday one of your mechanics washed the car!! and while I was on my way home part of one of the white squares has torn and left about 1/3 of the square on the roof...

Cheers Clare (see you on Thursday ;))
