View Full Version : Fitting OMP struts and MINI warrenty...HELP!!

Hi Guys...

I have been told today that if I had OMP struts fitted to my MCSC...it “could” invalidate the warranty on my suspension etc….if there was a problem to arise in that area.

Is this the case?...I really want to fit these items to my car…but at the same time do not want to lose my warranty or TLC.

Was also told that wiring my own spotlights would carry the same heavy punishment.

Any advice would be appreciated.

TIA

Strut or strut brace
Get it in writing on their headed paper and make sure they put their name to it
Absolutely ridiculous that it could invalidate your warranty, ask for an explanation why a JCW one won't but an OMP one will, again ask for it in writing.
I'm interested to know you're outcome as i have the GTT one on my car

Easy one..... if you have suspension issues, take the thing off then take the car to the garage?
